City Bus Information

Calvin students are encouraged to ride The Rapid, Grand Rapids' city and metropolitan bus service.

Rapid Discount Cards

Calvin students can get a Rapid Discount card to ride the bus at a discounted rate of $.50 each way. Students can pick up a discount card at the Service-Learning Center with their Student ID. The card is $5 and comes pre-loaded with $2 (4 rides). ÌýAdditional funds can be added through the Rapid website at any time.
