Students celebrate after their dishes, including brioche, souffle and ravioli, won accolades by a panel of judges in the "Top Chef Calvin" competition. The competition was part of the popular interdisicplinary course "Better Cooking with Chemistry" taught by Ìý²¹²Ô»å. In the course of three weeks, students in the course studied the chemistry behind making great bread, meat, artisan chocolate, eggs and more.
