Bere-Tiemersma winners announced

Scott Hooker has a been a member of four MIAA championship teams in men’s soccer, and Melissa Oosterhouse led a Calvin team that captured its first MIAA title since 1982.

Senior soccer player Scott Hooker of Hudsonville, Michigan, is this year’s Beré Memorial Award winner, and senior tennis player Melissa Oosterhouse of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is this year’s recipient of the Tiemersma Award.
